Today is the day when Zenyatta meets her destiny! I have to admit, that from a purely hardcore, looking at the data handicapping perspective you can make a pretty solid case as to why she would not win. But as we are reminded so many times in this tough handicapping game.....they are NOT simply numbers. They are living, breathing animals. And the one thing I think you cannot measure is Zenyatta's heart and desire to win. I just do not believe she will let anyone beat her. I believe today she finds another gear and delivers a race for the ages.
I cant imagine the atmosphere there... everyone anxious and ready for the race to start. Every horse wants to win, it comes down to who wants it more.
